Coach's Advice: Looks can be deceiving, don't let the short rep scheme fool you into thinking the entire workout session will take you 5 minutes.
-The best advice than can be given here is, the shorter the workout the longer your warm-up should be and vice-versa.
So, if it takes you 5 minutes to finish Fran with quality form, than it should've taken you at least 20-30 minutes to warm-up. The warm-up should include mobility, "general movement warm up (lunges, row, situps, etc...), and movement familiarization.
-On the other hand if you had a workout like "Clovis", 10 mile run and 150 Burpees, all you really need is a 5 minute warmup and self-mobility.
Good Luck!
