021913 WOD:


12 Rounds for Time Partner WOD:

5 Wall Climbs
20 Squats
20 Hand Release Push Ups   

*One person begins the Round while the partner begins a 400 meter run; once partner complete run he/she picks up the rounds where it was left off and the other partner completes a 400 meter run, etc...
Continue the 400 meter runs until all 12 rounds of the WOD are complete.
