"The gym is Closed? Sweet! MOP Gear Handstands for Reps!"


If you have'nt caught on by now, Jay T-Hoe is going out of his way to provide us all with Room or Office WOD's. This is a good way to get your CrossFit Fix while your stuck at work or your dorm during the exercise.

HELP: Jay T Hoe and the Trainers need help moving CrossFit equipment from our CrossFit room. If you are available during the exercise please lend us a hand. Contact Jay T Hoe and let him know how you can help.

Perfect time to work on some Mobility. Learn your weak spot and work on them this week. Click on the MobilityWOD site in the column links. 

Also, look through the CrossFit Journal and try to learn something new, maybe you can test your knowledge with the trainers when we hit ENDEX.
