Come out tomorrow for the Osan/ Humphreys Thanksgiving Regurgitation at the Osan CrossFit Fitness Center, hosted by Jay T-Hoe and Danny.
Everyone of you have gorged yourself full of absolutely unnecessary but delicious calories, so it is expected that EVERYONE of you show up!
This is a great opportunity for all of us here at Osan to meet our brother crew from CrossFit Humphreys.
The WOD will be announced at the beginning of the event. Just show up at 1000 (10:00am) at our BOX and be ready to kill it! You WILL NOT regret it!
