Exercise Barbellians:
Warm up
2 RNDS
10 air squats (slow &  controlled)
10 lunges  (in place, slow & controlled)
Squat stretch x 5 (rest in squat position for 5 secs; decrease squat each time)

WOD:
250 Air Squats
12 min cap
