Grab a Partner

(each person will row or run 4x and AMRAP 4x)

4 RFT 1 minute rest after each round
One person Row 750 meters while
partner completes below
AMRAP of 
10 ABMAT Situps
10 Push-ups
If too many people
Than one person runs 800M while other conducts AMRAP other conducts AMRAP
