1 Burpee
2 Box Jumps
3 Kettlebell Swings
4 Goblet Squats
5 Push Ups
6 Mountain Climbers
7 Ab Mat Sit Ups
8 Lunges
9 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls
10 Double Unders
   
*This workout will operate like the 12-days of Christmas song, except with just 10 exercises.
You will do 1 burpee, then 2 box jumps and 1 burpee, then 3 KBS, 2 BJ’s 1 burpee, 4 Goblet Squats, 3 KBS, 2 BJ’s 1 Burpee and so on until you reach the 10 double unders and work backwards to 1 Burpee.
