-One Rep equals
1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push-Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push-Press
- With a partner accumulate as many Reps as possible. The Reps can be split up any way you see fit.
- For One rep to count you have to go down the entire list of movements with out dropping the bar.
- The Powerclean cannot be combined with the front squat. Powerclean into front rack position, then drop down for front squat.
